About See for Miles
Geoff Miles & Helen Payne-Kumar run their business, See For Miles Ltd, in Fordbrook Business Centre, Pewsey, Wiltshire. Providing counselling and psychotherapy treatment and training courses in their office and therapy suites.
Life today is complex, hectic and riddled with uncertainty with most of us having to face significant pressures in our daily lives and with “change” being a constant part of life. When we reach crisis point, for whatever reason, whether it is the cumulative effects of many things or a major crisis, where do we turn?
“Most of the time, we find ways of dealing with such problems in living by talking to family, friends, neighbours, priests or our family doctor. But occasionally their advice is not sufficient, or we are too embarrassed or ashamed to tell them what is bothering us, or we just don’t have an appropriate person to turn to.” John McLeod
At See For Miles (SFM) we bring over 40 years of experience in counselling and psychotherapy treatment and training. Counselling individuals, couples, families and groups using a safe yet dynamic, integrative approach to those who may feel they are treading water or finding it difficult to cope.
Our mental health needs regular maintenance. At See For Miles our sensitive, yet challenging approach to counselling is strengthened through developing a strong working relationship between therapist and client, encouraging those to move from where they are now. Enabling clients to explore their own options, reach their own decisions and to act upon them accordingly, making effective decisions which lead to positive changes in their attitude and/or behavior.
